Izabela Nowak-Grodowska has several years of experience in tax consulting. In 2001–2004 she worked at the EY Tax Department, where she mainly performed tax reviews and tax due diligence projects. In 2004–2006, she supported accounting departments dealing with tax calculation in Thomson and Accenture.

Currently, as a Partner at Plich & Partners, she is responsible for projects related to the maintenance or verification of clients' accounting records and tax documentation. She supports foreign clients in registering their business in Poland, and also provides bookkeeping services and carries out tax settlements on their behalf. She works for clients from the telecommunications, IT, construction and processing sectors.

She is a graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and Georg-August Universität Göttingen in Germany.
